While I do not work in a gym, I bring the gym to you. I also teach you how to use and move your body naturally and properly. Bringing the gym to you is a convenience for people who are short on time and don't have the ability to spend roughly 3 hours between travel there and back plus a workout. Feel free to peruse my site to get a better idea of what I do www.lionstrengthfitness.com

At https://www.facebook.com/120872657970884 Iron Gym you get a personal trainer approach with every membership. It's small and has no classes, just gym equipment, but the main trainer, who has decades of experience and a wealth of medical and anatomical knowledge, creates a personalized training program for every member and he or one of his very qualified staff oversees each workout. When you finish your program, you discuss how it went and how your needs have evolved, and he makes you a new one.

So anyone know anything about gyms and pricing or which ones are good?
David W. replied:
I'm trying crossfitjerusalem.com. As the name implies, it is for cross fit training. If you're looking for standard treadmills and weight machines, I don't see much difference between one place and another (although I'm no expert.) Just go to the closest place for a trial workout and see if you like it. I like the sauna at Kosher Gym, g'vat shaul.
