I don't know if it's relevant for you... But You could talk to professors in the Industrial Design dept at Bezalel Academy. Like Chanan De Lange. Also Holon Museum of design. Perhaps they have contacts to give you? Perhaps the Israel Museum? Actually they work a lot with Chanan De Lange - he designs and builds (with his company) the cabinets etc for exhibitions.
