Try Hornbill Lodge. It's not technically a wedding venue, but that's exactly what my husband and I liked about it when we chose to have our wedding there. They aren't up their own asses with rules and hidden costs like some of the more traditional wedding venues are. It's really pretty, loads of trees and right next to a river. We went with their in-house catering, but they were incredibly accommodating with everything we wanted to do, so I'd definitely ask. Having spent time on the premises, they would definitely have space for what you want to do. Oh, and the outdoor ceremony site is amazeballs.
