Ashley ... did you ever get this resolved? If so, whom did you go through. I am a bit late in seeing this post. That's a very common occurrence at your doorway. Are your gutters diverting the water properly? Being a Realtor, I have plenty of contacts. Feel free to reach out to me personally next time (770) 656-5777 or you can just shoot me a message. #BuySellGaProperty #KevinStocks .com

Kevin Stocks thanks for reaching out. We were originally told that general wear and tear isn't covered under insurance but we lucked out and the state of Georgia is the only state that DOES cover it. So, our insurance sent an estimator and then they sent a PM to our house (Southeast Restoration Group). So, we totally lucked out as we would have been in an incredible bind if we were responsible for sourcing this and paying for all of this on our own. They believe it was a clogged gutter as the root cause - however - when checking it there were only 3 leaves in the gutter so not sure!? But thanks for circling back around. I'll be happy to let you know our experience with this contractor if you're interested. Estimated repairs right now are around $12K for stucco repair & flooring.
