I used Ponder's when I lived there, they are very, very good and affordable as well. When I asked them to replace all the shocks on one of my cars, they called me back and said "Mr. Gaston, your rear shocks are fine - we can replace them if you insist, but there's really no need for you to spend that money". There was also one time that I was calling a cab to take me home and they said "you don't need to do that, we'll get someone to take you home" and did.
