Does anyone have vertigo advice? Does it pass on its own or do I need to see a physician?
Chris C. replied:
read this: are you over 50?http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Benign_paroxysmal_positional_vertigo
Patty A. replied:
Cindy those are exactly the symptoms I had and they kept getting worse for weeks. I finally went to the dr office. I had labrynthitis, which cleared up with a round of antibiotics. Side note - never had ear pain. Feel better. http://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Labyrinthitis
Keith W. replied:
Cindy Widener-Winn, I can tell you a personal experience of mine. I suddenly began vertigo spells during Home Builder meetings in Nashville and Washington and blamed them on elevators and then diet coke (aspartame, I drank a lot of them). Long story short, I went to ENT and had an MRI of my sinus to find out I needed surgery to clean out nasal passages that had became clogged from allergies. Long ordeal but I can say I haven't had a repeat since my surgery. Go see Dr. Zajonc, he's great!
Linda G. replied:
I would see a physician. My sister-in-law suffered with Menieres Syndrome for a number of years, but a friend has had it dealt with surgically of late. Definitely an unpleasant ailment. Good luck.

Premier pediatrics in johnson city! Wonderful dr.'s, great environment, awesome nurses...loves that they have a sick room, well room and a teen room (not big, but separate). My daughter has been going there since she was 5, she is now 15. My son is 2 and he's been since birth. Another great benefit is I have always gotten a same day appt. You can't pick the days your children are sick, so this is extremely important to me. They have a FB page also. Also, I am almost 100% positive they take tncare. Good luck to you!
