I have a friend who goes to DermRealm in memphis. Not sure how much the first visit is but each laser treatment is $150. She said if feels like hot grease being poured on her foot while the laser is on it. I have gone with her a few times and they do the laser in about 15 second intervals for maybe 5 minutes. Jimmy Vick at Velvet Monkeys is also really REALLY good. Matt, Justin and Freddie at@Black Arrow are also good, both places are fun, the staff is friendly, and prices are always fair.

Freddie has done mostly all of mine and he's wonderful, but I've seen Matt tattoo and his work is good, too. I say Black Arrow period, because the two tattoos I got elsewhere (Zen Factory) ended up giving me staph infection. Black Arrow is clean and professional, but the guys are fun.
