His name is Dr. Armstrong and hes done extensive work on me and i have.been very very pleased with him. I know its a drive but i feel he is way more competent than some of the others i have used over the years. Give him a try!:)

Dr. Patel in johnson city will treat it without an appointment, and set u up with an oral surgeon.... i used to have the number, and cud prob locate it for u if u need it

ETSU has a program in their Dental Hygiene Department where, for an exam, cleaning, and xrays is only $20. i dont know much else but heres a number for them: 423-439-4514
