Xentropa Servies - Ben Disney - is great for this kind of thing. And I agree with Tim Shockley, if you can move to On Demand water heating the long term cost savings on energy far outweigh the slightly higher up front costs for the unit (which is MUCH smaller!)

We use Eric W Cole for rock, gravel, soil. He was recommended by a contractor as having the best truck rates. He's done work on three properties for us now - filling a huge sink hole, two driveways, and a load of high quality garden soil. He's always been thorough and reliable.

We ripped ours out last summer and Compass Construction did a great job installing a poured concrete stamped deck in its place. Totally happy with it. Much easier to maintain. They did the same type of thing under the drive thru at the Goldberg / downtown mcgivney's.
