There are many great Real Estate Professionals in town. My suggestion is call a few that you have researched. A good Realtor should have experience, be active in the industry, and be ready to hear your story. You mean to represent both sides of a sale? Kim Mungle quite frequently reps both sides. We worked with her to buy a house she wasn't representing and she was wonderful, but I know tons of the sales she does are the other way:)
