Go to both shops and look at the artists' portfolios and pick YOUR favorite one to do your ink. Everyone has an opinion on who to go to, but its your body, so you need to pick who is going to put permanent art on you.. But if you really want a recommendation Scotty Gyasto at Liberty Tattoo in Fairbanks. That's my favorite artist.
