Taking suggestions for shoe insert and good running shoes. It may be cheaper to reinvest instead of visiting the chiropractor weekly.

Running shoes are a very personal purchase in that what works for me, probably won't work for you. Head to either The Fort Worth Running Company or Luke's Locker. FtW Running Company will video your feet while running on a treadmill. Luke's locker will watch your feet while you walk. They both recommended the same shoe.
