I love my chiropractor in Pearlridge Mall. Dr. Tang. First chiro I've ever been to, who does adjustments and massage if need be. Has military discounts. And has mall hours which is very flexible; even on weekends. It's upstairs in the uptown part. Across from Victoria's Secret. Can't remember the whole name, but it's like a "mind and body serenity spa" type of name. Really nice. Also has someone who does acupuncture as well.

You can try Oahu Spine and Rehab right out the back gate in the bldg that's right across the street from Safeway? It's in the same parking lot as Pinky's restaurant. They accept Tricare there, and you don't need a referral to be seen. I believe the Tricare covers it so that's definitely a place to try. And the people are very nice their number is 808-488-5555

Trisha--I go to Dr. Aren at Windward Wellness right out the back gate. This office is ah-mazing. They do a special type of chiropractic care where they massage before they adjust and it has better results. Dr. Hill in the practice is also one of few practitioners who do accupuncture and chiropractics.
