I am a personal trainer certified with the American College of Sports Medicine. I live in Kannapolis but I'm on tour with a circus right now. When I am home, my trainer is Mike Krug. I would recommend him to anybody. He is the most knowledgeable trainer I've ever met and he is also kind and caring. He owns Next Level Personal Training right off North Main Street in Kannapolis. His Facebook page and website have all the contact info you'll need. You can have a consultation for free and ask him about developing a plan for your bone health then. I had total knee replacement in March but I go to Centrolina Ortho in Salisbury. I had went to Ortho and the doctor there wouldn't do nothing. Told me if I couldn't do the job I had with my knee that way maybe I needed to find another job.

Definitely don't go to Ortho Carolina. Piedmont Ortho is ok . They have an office at the Gateway Center and Popular Tent Road

I just started seeing Lori Seymour (PA) at Cabarrus Family Physicians in the old Kramer and Eugene building. She came highly recommended to me, and I was very impressed with her when I actually saw her.
