Hope it isn't serious...Do you have "instant walk in care"... Might give you a start...We are semi rural here and many with no insurance... Our Walmart has a clinic, and you can also check in with Public health, Senior Center (even if you aren't for advise).A Nurse Practricior, of PA can also get you started and order any tests.. Hope this is nothing more than a flu case or some such...

Leckova for sure. There is also an excellent supportive/palliative care program that is through Kauai hospice but is not hospice care. They have another branch of care called supportive/ palliative.
