If you need to consult a psychiatric then I would suggest psychiatric department of Jinnah hospital. Go see either Dr Iqbal Afridi (head) or Dr Zafar Hyder out there. Go on Monday or Thursday early in the morning as there tend to be a long que due to t heir charges i.e. Rs 15. They don't rip you off like private doctors plus their consultancy is much better than the private ones. Well, as I can read you mentioned you can't go outside and looking for help online, so... there is a professional female psychiatric follower on this page as well. I am not sure though if she would help you out that way but lets see...
