She might encourage you to come every month, or every other week if you can, but she is very understanding if you can't. Some adjustments are better than none! She's more thorough and detailed than any other chiropractor I've seen (and I've seen a lot) and has a wonderful, soothing personality. Her office staff is wonderful as well. She's also very good about offering advice for stretches or other things you can do yourself at home. And of course, great results!
