We used the conscientious exemption when we were in TX. Unlike the medical exemption, it requires not doctor to sign off only an affidavit from the parents. I worked a lot on this issue when I worked in the legislature and unless the law has changed private facilities do not have to except the exemption but public school do. Send her to www.vaccine info.net where she can get the latest on the law and her options.

They need to contact the Texas Department of State Health and request an exemption of immunization affidavit. This is a legal recognition of exemption.

May be far for you, but we loved Roots! Can only say great things. Also, Katy Visual Performing Arts, but that's on Mason near Cinco Ranch Blvd
