I'm not the type to do this but really anything helps, even a share if possible. Thank you everyone for your advice, and help. This has been an amazing group of people that have helped my wife more aware, especially in helping wake me up to the reality. Thank you, to each and every one of you. www.gofundme.com/prayingforkingsley

Wells Fargo are assholes....if I were you I'd refinance as soon as you can
Laura W. replied:
I don't know if it's too late to just let your ins company contractors do the work! When we had our house fire I didn't spend one dime out of my pocket for repairs. This was totally between ins comp and contractors! Don't you do anything else on home as inspectors need to come out and sign off on fixings! Unfortunately your Hm mrtg comp are just trying to protect themselves and if DR Horton did anything shady, your mrtg comp wants it fixed to code. Wells Fargo is trying to protect you and them!!!

We use Brooks Lynn. His office is in Colleyville. His cell number is 817 307 7539. keep in mind that each state have laws for Power of Attorney authorizations. If an incorrect form is used or the right form is not signed properly, it is useless.

Brandi Goldston, a social worker in the hospital pulled the paperwork and we had Dad sign it, then they filed it. Is you Dad in a nursing home? Wherever he may be, find out who the social worker is for the facility, they should be able to facilitate for you, especially if you Dad is not capable of making rational decisions.

Just FYI...Jillian Setzer charges a $2500 retainer. In the interest of full disclosure. We opted to file the papers ourselves for less than $400 and then pay for the home study. It's more work for you, but if you take the time, you can save yourself thousands of dollars.
Laura D. replied:
You can contact John Groce Jr in NRH. We used to go to church with him and I know he is a good attorney.
You don't pay child support ,30,000 behind and you have the $$ to hire an attorney in Southlake. Really! Nope. I need an attorney. Anyone know a good one!
Shelley K. replied:
if you are going through the AOG you don't need an atty..but if you do hire one, add it into the findings that he is responsible for all atty fees. I went through the same thing Shannon Flood Hess with BOTH of the boys' dads...excuses are like assholes---everybody's got one!!!
