Does it have to be Kelowna? Paddlewheel hall is the go to place in Vernon. It books up about a year and a half in advance though if you're looking for a summer Saturday. It's right on the lake, and there is camping near as well (it sounds like you're from out of town).

We got married at Bertram Park on Lakeshore.

Gallaghers Canyon Golf course has a beautiful outdoor wedding sight as well as a reception area and a restaurant in the clubhouse. I don't know how much it cost but it sounds like it might have the things you want!

Probably best bet is to take a local wine tour. They can chauffeur you around. Also take a trip to penticton/narramatta, the whole road out to naramatta is beautiful and every property along the way is a winery

Kangaroo Creek Farm Rose Valley Hiking Trail Myra Canon Park Hike Kasugai Japanese Garden (worth checking out if you make a day of downtown) Okanagan lavander and herb farm Kelowna farmers market (Saturday 8-1) Kelowna art gallery (free on Thursdays) Paintball at safari ridge adventure park Starlight drive in in Enderby Indigenous World Winery in West Kelowna Spotted Lake in Osoyoos (1 hr and 48 minutes from Kelowna) worth seeing and you can make a day at the beautiful beaches in Kelowna or drive a little further and take a tour of an old gold mine in Hedley

PM me and I can make you a google maps itinerary for wineries. Doesn't matter the area (Kelowna, West Kelowna, Lake Country, Summerland, etc).

My Favorite wineries:
Kelowna North/Lake country: Ancient Hills, Arrowleaf
Kelowna: St. Hubertus, Vibrant Vines, House of Rose
West Kelowna: Beaumont, Yellow straw, Volcanic Hills, The Hatch
Summerland: Thornhaven, Crushpad
Naramata- Ruby Blues, MoCoJo, Hillside
Okanagan Falls- Noble Ridge, Stags Hollow, Wild Goose
Oliver: Hidden Chapel, CC Jenscht, Hester Creek
Basically pick an area to tour, pick out a couple of wineries you want to visit, and play it by ear as you pass others. The further south you go the better the reds get. There are the bigger wineries like Mission Hill, Quails Gate, Burrowing Owl, Gray Monk, Dirty Laundry that are good wines, but usually charge more for their tastings and tend to be quite busy. I prefer the smaller, family owned wineries for a more intimate experience (and my list tends to reflect that), and to discover wines you can't find at a liquor store. Many wineries have a picnic area or restaurants. Depending on the area, fit in a visit to a fruit stand, or park. KVR train in summerland is also worthwhile. Enjoy your visit

For wines he north Okanagan is more so generally known for whites, the south has more reds. I think the south Okanagan around Okanagan Falls and Oliver is pretty scenic with some great wineries around there. Definitely worth a day trip down there. A short but scenic hike in Lake Country is Spion Kop, park halfway up for that hike, as the lower parking does't add anything just a long walk up hill.
