Eastern Dental? I was given an appointment once and upon walking in I was told that I had about a 4 hour wait. I am not kidding. I asked why they would schedule me knowing I would be waiting for four hours and they said that there was only a surgeon there once a month and basically that is the norm (a heads up would have been nice). I left and never went back. I received an appointment at Apprehensive Patient on Chestnut Avenue 2 days later. Their service is great; their billing department isn't.
