I used zerorez once but, most recently had my carpets done by Fiber Care. Fiber Care was far superior....they moved my furniture, went over the problem areas multiple times (5 animals, 2 kids), and I received a follow up call from the owner to make sure I was satisfied with the two guys who came out. If I ever need to have carpets cleaned again, they will be getting repeat business!
