I have heard The Lodge warehouse flooded. I am trying to buy 24 lodge 3sk and 18 5sk for my new deli. Anyone know a restaurant supply house that may have this quantity...
Best value restaraunts? Moved to TC fairly recently from CA. Despite almost everything being cheaper up here, restaurants are seemingly more expensive. Even in San Diego...

Taco trucks in Pasco, Love Curry on Rd. 68. Not really $1 level but decent. I'm down in Oakland so maybe there is new stuff in the past couple years since I left.

Hey! Grew up in the tri cities and lived in PB for 4 years after college. The bar and restaurant scene isn’t going to be like SD because the tri cities doesn’t have the same tourist market that SD has. They can’t serve lower cost food to stay competitive in the same way SD does.
I do miss those taco Tuesday’s where you could get a meal and drinks for under 5$. Or the Sunday football season bar scene.
Consider this, the tri has some great food and drink options for the actual value it cost to produce and serve. Kennewick does have a lot of chain restaurants BUT the greater tri city area is filled with mom and pop businesses with great stuff! Support your new community and enjoy the awesome food!
I am from Richland so I like Porters, Mandarin house, atomic ale, and basically any business at uptown. Also our wine and beer industry is better than Temecula’s.
Good luck and welcome to Eastern Wa!

The Wing Stops in Richland and Pasco have 60 cent wing nights on Mondays and I think Tuesdays. All the Costa Vidas in town serve $5 burritos from 3-5 and 8-close. Usually the burritos are ~$10, so that's a really good deal. Only thing is they can't be steak burritos.

I spent a good chunk of time in the Bay Area, and in comparison, average food quality here is really dreadful, especially considering the price. The best “bang for your buck” is probably the weeknight deals at Denny’s or something stupid like that.
That said, aside from taco trucks (a lot have taco Tuesday $1 deals) good food that I don’t feel is unreasonably priced:
- go to Fat Olives in Richland. Ignore Fat Olives (I hear it’s not bad, but it’s also not cheap) and eat at the Teriyaki Taco place behind it. It’s run by a lovely korean lady (her husband runs one in kennwick but I’m unsure where that is) who knows how to season. Her American Chinese food is the only ACF I’ve ever eaten I’ve liked (I’m from Europe, lived in Shanghai and got spoiled by the authentic Chinese bay area food)
- the Mexican grocery stores in pasco. Mexican food in pasco in general is good, there’s some great stuff here although the average price is still kind of steep for Mexican compared to other places.
- the phillipino place in kennwick (Dagupan Grill) has a lunch buffet on Sunday that’s awesome and reasonably priced!
My husband just suggested a website called tricityvibes.com to look at all the “nicer” restaurant’s Happy Hours.

I've heard from coworkers that the dugout has a good burger and beer deal (I think it's $10 for a burger w/ fries and a pint) on certain nights but I haven't tried it out myself

As a fellow SD transplant that has been out here for the last couple years, I've been most disappointed with the food prices out here. Even Del Taco is more expensive than the ones at home, for some reason. Pretty much the only value you're gonna find is the hot dogs at Costco. Otherwise, it may be time to perfect your skills by cooking at home. El Fat Cat had decent dollar fifty tacos last time I'd been there, btw.

My favorite mexican places are Tony's (the burritos in particular, and his green salsa sauce) taco truck on Clearwater and Kikos in downtown Kennewick. Both are reasonably inexpensive. I think the biggest difference here is a lack of competition. In more densely populated areas there's so many more restaurants.
