If you are willing to travel a little ways, I have been very happy with Dr. Todd at United Chiropractic Sports & Rehabilitation in Elkorn. He focuses on treating your current discomfort, but also what caused it and how to prevent it in the future. He is both a chiropractor and a strength and conditioning specialist which is great for athletes.
Karen K. replied:
I 4 th Dr. Malone at Kenosha Chiropractic. I agree he treats you while you are still active. He has gotten me back on my feet. Patty, don't quote me but I think you can purchase a 10 visit package for 250. Thar is 25 per visit. That is about what I pay for my copay.

You're not getting younger so I would suggest a Orthopedist. Dr Cain and Maciolek at Ortho of WI are my personal favs. They'll run films and you'll have an idea where you're at structurally then send you to physical therapy. PT will teach you how to strengthen the muscles needed to reduce pain and discomfort AND you'll usually get an awesome massage out of it too!
