Hilton Garden Inn on Howell, just south 1-2 blocks from the airport. My work holds seminars there, but not positive on any private rooms for lunch, could give it a try though.

Fred's has Fox news on all the time. I cannot be in there, but maybe that will be okay. It is iconic. There is a Charcoal Grill with a back area, Lucky Star has a back area, too. Los Comapdres will have room if you call ahead and they have a buffet.
