There are things you can do (like keep the supra box inside and only set out for showing times booked) to keep people from entering if they are late. The "No Show" without a call is tacky. An agent cannot force a client to look if they change their mind and sometimes things happen, but it is very easy to notify the listing agent. I'm so sorry that happened!
