Look in the Truman Annex neighborhood. There are a lot of condos here, some of which are rental properties. The area is quiet with off-street parking, and only two blocks over from Duval, if you're into all that. Some rental websites let you select by neighborhood so you can see what's available in a given area.

Agreed, Truman Annex is the best location, albeit expensive, as it is sandwiched between Duval and Ft. Zachary beach. Gated so the party stays out on Duval.

A price range would help out a great deal, but for around $1,100 a week I second Chardee_MacDennis and say go for Truman Annex

Check out Al's. I've rented a few times from him, condos and houses all in Truman Annex. I believe Truman is the only area, outside of B&B or the hotels where you could get a weekly rental. If you look on VRBO.com you will find they price them by the week, but rental's are min. 28 - 30 days. http://www.keywestal.com/ He is a nice guy and always willing to lend a hand or give a suggestion, and if there is any issue with the house he has a handyman on call. Good luck, wish I was going.
There is just something about KW that makes me want to keep going back as often as possible. I'm hoping to be there the week of Thanksgiving. Are there any restaurants...
