Lindholm is really backed up. Try Lower Keys Roofing. They have a large crew and are actively working in our area on Cudjoe.

Blocker Homes out of Ft. Myers (239) 278-3993 (currently doing a lot of roofs on Little Torch Key), Lindholm Roofing or T. Ryan Contracting. Get a few estimates because they do vary in materials, technique and cost. I am replacing my shingle roof with metal on an elevated single story, 3 BR 2 BA, and have seen anywhere from $10K up to $14,500. If you're house is of average size and you got that kind of estimate...report the company and share on social media so they don't gouge anyone else.
