We've used Peter Tryon of Conch Republic Home Repair and improvements. (305) 395-9321. We just bought a house and he's put in Windows and doors, pavers and we have him lined up for a few more projects. Very happy with his work and his crew. Not sure if he does decks but it's worth a call. He gets all the proper permits.
