Hi Sue, my wife had the same phoebias, as you, maybe worse. She was recommended a dentist in Locksheath, she has now had all treatment, without pain, and now returns every 6 months for check ups. I have never known anybody as scared as my wife was, she refused to go even when her teeth started falling out, and would not smile, or have her photo taken. If Janet can do it so can you Sue. If you can go private, the one by train station (I believe he's called Michael Myers, no joke and is german) is amazing! He had a bird painting on the ceiling and whenever he injected me for fillings I wouldn't even feel it! Unfortunately cannot afford him anymore but he was so good! Nhs dentists unfortunately do not seem to massage your gums/mouth when injecting:/

Hampshire Dentists. Principle dentist, local Winchester man Robin Hanna, based in Southampton, very close to the station. Absolutely fantastic surgery with fantastic staff.

I would highly recommend Clear Dentistry. I had recent treatment there and felt very at ease. Dr Leech was brilliant with our little girls who were very shy and allowed them as much time as they needed to feel comfortable. We will be going back.
