I don't ever remember hearing landscape requirements. Only one I know of is if you want to cut down a tree in front yard (you have to fill out a RAC form (requiring board approval) and then replace trees with at least 6 inch trunks). That's available on the website. But other then that I have never known of any landscaping requirements. You could email the property mgmt. at sugarmillmanager@tds.net.
