Grandparents have no rights in Tennessee. I haven't seen my grandsons in 10 years .... haven't even met one of them. According to Tennessee State Law, if I didn't file within six months or one year, it is totally and perfectly fine if my child, to whom I gave life, can decide whether or not I get to see my grandchildren. Anything less would be the Court's intrusion on parental rights.

I just wanted to let you know that at some point in the next few weeks, there is a website that will be going live that Vernon Beck and allot of other people including myself have been working on with a registry for CAS Workers, Lawyers, judges etc, There will also be surveys that will be able to be filled out as well.

I used Jennifer Chadwell for my divorce which involved one child. She charged $2,500 up front because it was contested. After all was done with, she ended up sending me a refund of $1,600 and I got everything I asked for.

Ok I know of 3 people who sued and won money the rest got their children back. Doug Desmond is one that won a sue case and they receive money not sure how much but they moved to Calgary and put a down payment house and the others I'm not sure how m uch. I have a few laywer in kinston area on the list I'm just not sure which ones but I will get back to u in a out an hour after work. No offence taken. Should have clarified anyways
