Before you spring for the cost of a plumber, you can probably do this yourself if you have a drill and an inkling of ability. The most likely reason it needs rebolting is the flange is damaged. You can buy a retrofit metal flange at any big box store, it screws through the existing flange but has solid metal supports for the bolts. Once the flange is secure you can just drop the new wax gasket on the toilet and re-install. Watch a youtube video or two about toilet installation, and hopefully save yourself a hundred or two for a service call.
