Hi Sandra Enos, how are you? I'm from Pilgrim Chimney Sweep. I apologize if something didn't seem to work with the phone? We were receiving calls yesterday, but it does seem that if you called from a landline yesterday you may have had an isse. I will be calling my phone carrier for sure on that problem. I had another customer that then tried to call from her cell and it worked yesterday. You can also call my cell 617-877-0464, and if you did send us an email i will be sure to respond asap!
