Try Robert Paul Salon in Humarock, 781-837-4800. I get my gray covered and highlights but I have seen some great color and ombre with clients there.

Megan L Kenney is the best with vibrant color like this. She instructs other stylists/ teaches color classes and last I saw her her hair was this same color as this picture! I worked with her for four years and her clients were ALWAYS happy and most of them got pink, purple, blue hair.
