Corpora Sano PT is in Kenmore and is really good. Our chiro is awesome, but is not super close; Long Chirpractic on the corner of Roosevelt and Ravenna in Seattle.

Depending on your insurance, you might consider a massage, too.:-) I have worked with a few chiros locally - currently, my favorite is Dr Antonov in Bothell. (Kaufman Chiropractic)
