If you don't mind a bit of a journey, there's a little place called The Grill in the food court at Market Square (King and Benton). It's run by an Egyptian family and the lentil soup is heaven.

Thanks everyone for your helpful advice. Found avocado toast at Settlement Co., $4,80 including tax for 2 pieces. If you ate that 5 days a week, then stopped buying it to save for a home and made another breakfast at home for half the cost, it would take 24 years to save for a down payment on a starter condo for $270,000.
