Consider De Thai resto@Oasis Ara Damansara, they have a private room on the rooftop, I had my mum's surprise 60 th bday there earlier this year it was lovely, you can decorate ur own, it is airconditioned, there is a slow lift in case you have guests who cannot walk all the way up, food is good you can choose their set menu if you prefer or like me choose ala carte so you pick what you like.☺️
