So I am looking to join a gym so I can look and feel my best on the big day...I live in west knox. Anyone know a place reasonably priced that has a "women's section" ...
Amanda H. replied:
Planet Fitness is affordable and has tanning booths. It doesn't have a women's only section but it does have the "no lunks allowed" thing (which they can take a little far sometimes) but it's much better than the meatheads at Gold's. And they supposedly have a dress code - maybe no spaghetti strap tanks? If I lived closer I would still be going there.
Lindsay R. replied:
come to bootcamp tomorrow at 6:30 at Workout Anytime in Bearden! The first one is free I think and its great!
Angie F. replied:
The National Fitness Signature gym in west Knoxville has a closed off women's only section.

National Fitness has a 3 year contract....... You would look wonderful in one of my vintage cars. Please check me out on Here, under Regal Carriages or www.regalcarriagesknox.com. ..thank you

I go to Frankie's body shop. New to area myself and $30 month to month and w no sign up fees was a tough deal to beat. Good mix of clients from regular joes to pro athletes training there. Big selection of equipment and trainers to choose from if needed.

Any of the trainers at Armor Gym

If you want just a gym there have been some planet fitness locations open up around town. [Kybra Athletics](https://kybraathletics.com/) is legit and has some accomplished trainers/coaches. And for the love of god don't go to National Fitness Center.
Any recommendations of music to listen to on my iPod as I workout in the gym? Old or recent.
Alison J. replied:
What style? Trying to think of things that I think would make good workout music... I have tons of mid-90 s evangelical Christian Rock I can recommend, but one more obscure choice from then would be the group Three Crosses and their self titled debut album... http://youtu.be/yzkfZziiZqM
Mariclair T. replied:
Upon further reflection Bishop, I recommend the soundtracks to Top Gun and Rocky IV, Angelique Kidjo (Agolo, Batonga, Wombo Lombo), Bond (Victory), 2Cellos, and for some Christian music, Tim Timmons (Starts with me) and For King & Country (Fix My Eyes).
