I won't be teaching milk kefir in msia so soon as my precious grains has been booked for my classes in singapore. There are 2 other ladies i know in here who also teaches kefir, be it milk or water based. ChaiYoun Wong is an experienced kefir fermentation teacher who has appeared in various media publications. Her next class is on 23rd July whereas Samantha Choong is another kefir and kombucha guru and her class is on 31 july. You may take your pick. Education is important if you are going to embarking on a natural health through fermentation. There are certain rules that you need to be mindful of and i really hate it if ppl take short cuts or give wrong info. The alcohol levels of fermentation also differs depending on how you do it. There are people who will share grains for free. Some are helpful and teach u n offer u more info when u need it. Make sure you find the right minded donor.

Attend Mandy Leong Milk Kefir class to learn how to make healthy yoghurt with milk kefir. In the same class she teaches you how to make sauerkraut & fermented veg using lacto-fermentation.. A good workshop to attend. I make all my yoghurt using Milk kefir grains (given free in b the class) & it taste fantastic.
