Is your basement finished? We had this problem with a house in Illinois back in the day. Basement foundation had a huge split down the middle due to the house being built on former wetlands or a swamp. Then had a house fire and rebuilt from the ground up new foundation and everything. Within a year of the new construction the new foundation split also. Might want to band aid it and get out from it. Wish I had better news.
