If you are in the Tri-Cities area, Pendleton, Umatilla, McNary, Stanfield and or Irrigon you can contact Prevent Homeless Pets Spay & Neuter clinic for information (509-497-1133) and available clinic dates, as you can take your animal in yourself. IF you need a ride for your animal (for the Oregon areas mentioned above) to the clinic than you can call PAWS in Pendleton.
