Clean it and buy mould inhibiting bathroom paint . You have black mould from cold bridging. The area with the most black mould is poorly insulated. Install some sort of passive vent and a humidistat controlled fan . The most important thing is to remove mould with proper chemicals . http://www.airtechenvironmental.co.uk have a look at their site , i was a surveyor fir them in a past life .
