Try Service Master...they just took care of some water damage for me. Water beneath my hardwood floors from sink leaking. They did an excellent job!

There's a place in the strip where North Island Credit Union is called ADC heating and air. There's also one by the big car lot on Baltimore called La Mesa Appliance Repair. Those are closest to you.
