You need your preapproval letter first before you can go look at houses.. some houses will let you but most of them don't want to waste time if you don't have it. The bank you go through will walk you through steps you need and will figure out a limit your comfortable with. Also we have Elizabeth Lloyd she is really great and wants you to be happy she is from centery 21
