Carol, we've been going for years to Michael Milligan and been pretty well pleased for both large and small things.Years ago he was hardly the Price of Emotion, but has warmed up in recent years. Haven't his address w/us in the marina, but he's on Bob Hope between Gerald and Dinah. Has a dermatological center there. 760-328-8884. You can use our name. I'm sure there are lots of other dermos, but this is ours.
