Well I think he handles new borns as well because one of my co workers use to take his baby to Ruiz before he switched to his HMO. He is located off of Washington in the buildings behind Target. His number is 7605649205. He is a really down to earth cool doctor.

Unless your child, unfortunately has a medical dilema, then seek a specialist. I use to drive from LQ Cove for my oldest. I didnt like that doctor. He was the one on staff when my baby was born. Not personable. Maybe he was busy but i analyze everything.
