I've heard that Dr. Bova is good. He's at 1953 Ridge Road in West Seneca near Wendy's. Another friend sees Dr. Grazen and Dr. Churia on Pleasantview in Lancaster. I go to PT at my doctor's instead of a chiropractor because the guy I used to see messed me up more. (don't see him--he's in Forestream plaza near Page's Bar on Transit!!)

Another option is Dr Jeffrey Grazen in Lancaster. I went when I had no insurance. It was $37. He is very good as well. Been going to him for a decade.

Amy, You should have it checked out. I would ice, heat, Epsom salts soak for sure. Lindsey Jerge and I both go to Novelli Wellness for injuries... chiropractic with other treatment for sports injuries. ART- active release technique... natural processes.
