Dr Day! We love her! She is at healing hands in Lacombe!

Go to Aspire Natural Health in Red Deer they have several NDs and all different areas of specialty and your money will be way better spent there in my opinion:)
I'm new to Lacombe and am looking for a Doctor. So far Dr Wildeboer is accepting new patients and Dr Elliott is accepting new patients. Anyone have advice or tell me...
Heather S. replied:
I agree with Pam Pam Vandermeer....I wouldn't let my worst enemy see Dr Elliot. If I go to emerg and he is there I will walk out. No matter what. Especially with my children. He makes it clear that us moms over react to everything concerning our kids. ...See More
Amanda S. replied:
Ive heard Dr. Elliot doesnt have a good bedside manner
Amanda S. replied:
I currently have Dr. Chatel and she is great
Paddy S. replied:
I find your best bet of seeing the good ones us at the walk in. Not ideal, but that's how I got to the bottom of some of our stuff was getting Dr Keller at walk in
Rhonda K. replied:
Dr Keller is Amazing! Glad I have him. Sadly he is not taking patients. Dr Idiot is highly not recommended. Dr W I dont know...
Dawn S. replied:
I go to Dr. Goosen in Ponoka. I really like him and it's only a short drive compared to waiting for weeks to get in here.
Taryn H. replied:
They're saying Dr. W isn't accepting new patients.
Tina M. replied:
Dr Elliot was on call at ER when I came in a year ago after being bitten by a donkey. She didn't even look at my hand and threw a prescription at me for antibiotics. I asked her if she shouldn't look or x ray my hand, she told me if I didn't like her...See More
Carolyn H. replied:
Dr Elliot is a man.....
Carolyn H. replied:
I have been in Lacombe for almost 25 years and never heard of a female Dr Elliot. Anyone else?
Sam A. replied:
Dr Olivia is very good I hear
Heidi A. replied:
I with Ronda about Dr Elliot, there is a lady doctor that is at main street medical in Lacombe she has taken my mother inlaw as a patient...and the other one his bedside manner not do good..go to mainstreet medical and And ask around there..
Cody G. replied:
We've had less then ideal experiences with doctors in this town. Including Dr W .... if anyone wants more details on that PM me I'm not one for public shaming. That being said our family doctor is Dr Unger (Mr not Mrs as they both are doctors) and Dr Keller delivered our youngest ... if either take new patients I highly recommend them ... if not I say outside of town is your best bet. In my opinion.
Krista P. replied:
Add to that Carolyn Randy Hofer...I have heard that Lacombe hospital gets a lot of Red Deer hospital overflow because Red Deer has even longer waits. Agree with yu that people can't run to the clinics or hospital for every hangnail, cold, cough or upset stomach.
Alisha A. replied:
I've not heard good things about either of those guys but Dr. Knievolt is great! Not sure if he's accepting new though
Ashley K. replied:
Dr. Neiuwoudt (knee-vote) is amazzzing! But no he isn't taking any more patients.:(
Jim K. replied:
I have had Dr Wilderboer for some time. He is a great family doctor. He was the one that saved my mother's life. So I highly recommend him
Leanne S. replied:
Anyone but Dr. Elliot! He is always looking for patients. That says it all!
Just a question, about a review someone shared about a week-ish ago... it was about a lovely female doctor in Lacombe, I'm looking for a new doctor but can't remember...
Cara D. replied:
It was Dr. Chatel. She is amazing. However, if she is not taking new patients, Dr. Brooks is pretty amazing as well, I'm not sure if she's accepting new patients but it's worth a try. Dr chatel is my doctor but if she wasn't I'd pick Dr Brooks without hesitating.
Agatha S. replied:
The sad thing is Every female Dr. In town are not excepting new patients. If it had not been for all the Lady Dr.'s in this town...I may have died. They really know their stuff!
Denee P. replied:
Dr Chatel is in main street medical.
Paulina B. replied:
Dr. Brookes?
Courtney P. replied:
The doctor that I was looking for is Dr. Chantel. However it sounds like she may not be taking new patient's, so I'm going to call tomorrow and see who they can recommend, based on what I need. THANKS EVERYONE!
