Eddie if I may make a suggestion, don't give up on real medical treatment and physical therapy. Go see my Sport Physical Therapist in Ladera Ranch. He's excellent... one who does a complete analysis and treats you with proven methods....he treats PRO footballI, basketball and baseball players... Along with many high level college athletes. I'll look him up if you wish... Let me know...
